Ingredients:
- 1 whole chicken breast
- 1tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 medium onion
- 3 garlic cloves
- smal piece of ginger
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbs bread crumbs
- 1 Tbs oil
***** Reduce the amount of spices if you want it less spicy!
1) Pulse a few times then blend until well minced
2) With a help of a spoon scoop the meat and place it on a baking tray. Grease the tray or use a parchment paper
3)Apply some oil to a fork and press each ball to flatten them
4) Apply some oil on top of each Nuggets
5) Preheat the oven to 425F
6) Bake 15 mins on one side then flip to the other side and bake another 10 minutes or until golden
( Around 25-30 minutes in total of baking time)
