      @@ChloeASMR91 haha no worries , anyway it can help but don't expect much its mostly causes water loss and u'll gain it back when u hydrate again , but the main weight loss is about ur calories in vs calories out .. and sauna doesn't burn that much calories at all to have a big impact .
