_To those who still have not figured it out,_ -I FOUND A SOLUTION THAT MIGHT HELP.- _You have to make sure that you have a_ *WORKING WEBCAM* _(aside from the headset) connected to your computer. Trying to do or answer a video call with no camera will not gonna work. Therefore, switch or ask the person calling you to choose the audio call instead._

mine are all on, but firefox won't work, it used to work I also rebooted still nothing, if I click on the green phone it does nothing, I don't get that notification it says there has been an error but it only happens with firefox
