20 Min Mini Band workout

  • Hey y’all,
    I wanted to do a 20min workout but ended up with a 30min video 😅. Either way, it’s a still a short workout you can do from anywhere.
    I had fun making this one. I’ve written a few time stamps so that way you could go straight to it and skip some of the talking but you could play it through if you like.
    While I’m talking in between, just keep your body moving by simple running in place, jumping jacks, or any movement that’s not pushing too hard.

    Workout
    3 rounds 50 secs ea.
    Walkout plank to push up ladder
    Squats ( use weights if you have)
    Knees to chest
    Runners lunge
