  • I recently purchased a 2021 Ducati Desert Sled from Ducati in New York City. I had a great time at the Ducati dealership, it is located in Soho New York. My friend also picked up a 2022 Ducati Scrambler Night Shift. In this video you will get to see a quick walkaround of both bikes! Plenty more videos to come with these bikes, I'm exited to go moto camping, and exploring. If you are interested in what it is like living with a desert sled then I hope you subscribe and stick around!

Looking forward to some more DS videos. Just bought the same bike back in December. I luv it! Evotec makes a great tail tidy allowing you to keep the stock blinkers. Easy install.

G2 throttle tube and a T800 upmap really wake that engine up and bring it to life. It's a ton of fun after some minor mods

Thank you for the video in the bike shop. I was very interested.
The two Ducati looked very cute. Maybe women also like this model ;)
I especially like the mud gray color BIKE. cool 👍👍

Both are great beginner bikes, and also for more advanced riders. They are great for backroads and exploring. Thank you for watching!

would have been good to see the new multimedia system display. I heard it's different from the old scramblers ?

I don’t believe it’s any different then the previous year. Maybe something changed at some point but not that I’m aware of

I really love this bike , but unfortunately it's way overpriced for what you get , I think a Honda XR 650 would be a more realistic solution . P.S. you can change the oil on the Honda and not get screwed with a oil light that stays on and have to get the dealer to reset it . I really love your bike though

Yeah it is a bit expensive, but it is a great machine that will last years and years! Thank you for watching

Thank you! No unfortunately I do not. Not enough room for all the bikes so I ended up selling it. Once I get a house I’ll be looking into another one for sure!

Good bike for tall people like me. If you dont want an adventure bike this is a good alternative...

This bike is actually pretty low compared to other bikes. My XR & FE501 are much taller

@@MostroMoto true dirt bikes yep. Bur this is a different bike, I hope you agree. I am 6.5 and fit well on this with a higher seat. I tried nakeds before but apart from the KTM superduke most of them were too small.....

Great job on the vids you do very informative. There is a guy in NH that builds enduro style bikes based on the Ducati 900 motor I think. All custom made 20k a unit.

Thank you, that’s pretty cool. There are some people that do amazing cafe racer / scrambler builds. That would be a dream to have a custom shop!

Nice man! Can you or your buddy give some feedback on the ohlins rear shock compared to the standard? I’m considering to upgrade.
    Nice clip bro

      @MostroMoto  Před 2 lety

From what I understand the ohlins is a bit stiffer on the bumps, you really feel more planted on the road

Thank you! I unfortunately sold that bike. I don’t have much room right now, so when I was looking into other bikes I knew I needed to sell one. When I get the space I will definitely be in the market for another one in the future!

Haha yeah I definitely love my motorcycles. With this being my main hobby I’m able to put a lot towards it. Buying and selling motorcycles, fixing them up is a great way to make some money! Buying last year model bikes is another great way to save on new bikes. Shopping around and searching for the best deals has helped a lot with keeping my hobby going. But unfortunately still full time in construction and some side jobs. Thanks for watching!
