Authentic Uzbek Manti *Meat Dumplings!
Hi guys, in this video I will be making Manti!! I love this recipe so much because it tastes so authentic and its so easy to make. I hope you enjoy and please feel free to leave comments!

Ingredients:
For dough-
500g of flour
1 egg
250 ml of water
1 teaspoon of salt
For filling-
1 lb of lamb
1 lb of beef
2 lb of onion
salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon of cumin

When I used to be Paleo I was so healthy and I ate animal fat. I think the real problem is sugar and overeating sweets and also eating too much bread and dairy (especially low quality kinds) and just overeating in general but then again who knows lol. Awesome recipe though. Great channel.
