Ramon I’ll definitely still trying to max heavy attack but I wish he had a bigger explosion and a longer range for his heavy kick explosion charge. Could’ve been cool to use it for shield-popping :/
They have more drive imo. Akainu in particular was more stellar at Marine ford because he just wouldn't stop. He injured WB more than the other two and took hits while Kizaru was keeping his distance and doing the bare minimum.
I bet Borsalino is the same type of guy as Cracker. They rely too much on their Devil Fruit and once they got Hit they couldn't bare with it. but of course Kizaru is much more stronger and way way faster than cracker. if you can keep up with the speed of light then you might have a chance beating this dude.

Kizaru is very slow. He depends solely on his devil fruit abilities though.
They should have put a more "heavy" effect on the explosions and made they sound a little higher.
