- Rajdeep Sardesai, in just two tweets, ripped apart his former colleague Arnab Goswami's lie about covering Gujarat riots of 2002. Sardesai called out Editor-in-Chief of Republic TV, Arnab Goswami on a claim he could be seen blatantly making in a video that was shared widely on social media platforms. In the video, Arnab could be seen narrating an experience while he was covering the riot-hit area. Arnab appropriated Rajdeep Sardesai's experience into his own.
