I make these zucchini every day! Easy dinner recipe in 10 minutes.
🔻 INGREDIENTS HERE🔻
0:01 - 2 zucchinis
1:09 - 2 eggs.
1:27 - 1 tablespoon of parmesan.
1:31 - 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
1:35 - 3 tablespoons of flour.
1:41 - Salt.
1:45 - Basil
1:52 - Black pepper.
2:44 - Olive oil.
Sauce:
3:14 - 125g plain yogurt.
3:23 - 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
3:28 - Black pepper.
3:31 - 1 teaspoon of mustard.
3:36 - A pinch of salt.

I make zucchini cookies but they are a sweet cookie. I call them Fall cookies as they have ground cinnamon and ground cloves as do my pumpkin cookies that I make for Thanksgiving.

What temperature oven did you use? I tried 180 as recipe says but they didn't bake right. Next time i will turn up temperature to a higher heat. On my oven, 180 is not hot and my lowest setting is 170 degrees which the warm setting. I am in Ohio, not a foreign country. Tasted good, just not baked high enough.

je fais la même recette mais au lieu de cuire au four, (en été j'évite de chauffer la cuisine), je fais des beignets en friture dans une poêle avec de l'huile; c'est plus rapide que le four.
