  • Arizona State is one of 4 new teams joining the league this year, and they're picked last by the media off consecutive 3-9 seasons. The Sun Devils under 2nd-year HC Kenny Dillingham will NOT finish last in the conference, what are the key games to assure that doesn't happen? 'Locked On Sun Devils' host Richie Bradshaw joins the show to discuss.

Richie-B and Spencer choppin' it up. Good stuff. Devils win at least 5. I see a 6-6 finish.

As a Tech fan looking forward to the new conference, and the teams in it. UCF will be tough to beat, as they are building something there....just need to get a bit better on defense, and I'm not quite sure they are there yet

Been a Devils fan since the mid-70’s and I hope I’m wrong but I think these broadcasters are underestimating the challenge the Big 12 will present to them. I think the Wyoming game will be an important game. Wyoming is coming off a very strong season and they saw what Fresno did to the Devils last year. Devils can win 5 if they can get by Wyoming and Texas St but those are tough matchups for a totally untested team.

Interesting analysis. ASU will not be number 16. The offensive line will be better so the offense will be better. This leads the defense to be better. Overall, the team is better. May not have the base in place like Utah but will surprise a lot of folks.

ASU has a chance to be a good team. As a Tech alum, I would be pleased with their success except against us. Strong school, great metro and large alumni base. Rather see them successful than some of the smaller or Church schools in the conference.

ASU has been a sleeping giant for a while, they aren't gonna become that barring massive changes. But this year they can be solid

ASU will be better than 16th and could reach for six wins but probably will end up with five 🌵🔥

I think ASU Can be an upper echelon school in Big XII but the school leadership needs to commit to win.

They aren’t far from 16. Big 12 is deep and I’d only maybe put them behind ahead of Houston right now and Houston is gonna get pretty good. Why should they be higher pre season?

Bro… you writing Texas state off in San Marcos?! Stop it! We have sun belt player of the year Jordan mccloud at qb. We have ismail mahdi the number 1 all purpose player in the nation at rb… we have play makers at wr. We have a solid oline… if the defense makes even a small stride, watch out!

ASU DOOMED FOR YEARS TO COME. Edwards and the old AD have doomed this program for EVER. They aren’t even close to being better than last year. Idiots. 0-12 this year.

ASU was particularly bad at traveling and won games that they shouldn't at home. The Arizona schools always wanted to play home games at night for good reasons but they hated playing on the road at night. Anyway, both schools will suffer against Big 12 schools on the road because of a funny little thing called humidity. Humidity doesn't care if it's a day game or a night game. If they don't condition their players ahead of time, there will be no gas in their tanks in the 4th quarter.

poor kid is still trying to be a pac12 homer even though the pac12 doesn't even exist any longer
