the way this movie was directed the majority of these scenes were improvised, without script, which adds a really authentic quality and elusive quality to this film
ALL of the movie was improvised. The actors were only given general outlines for what they were supposed to get across.
They also drank real beer, so half the time they are actually tipsy or drunk in scenes which also comes across!
Aside from everyone in this movie strangely being an alcoholic in need of help, they created an amazing and eerily real story, definitely recommend watching, you don't see a lot of movies like this

as a person who's seen the movie this trailer gave me more satisfaction then the actual movie did.

This movie pissed me off, but in a good way
The movie was great up until the very frustrating final few scenes...although it was supposed to make you feel frustrated and leave things open-ended...I liked the direction they took even if I wanted closure.
yall before u make assumptions on the tropes this will movie will follow solely based on the trailer, i’m telling y’all UR WRONG. this movie was a pleasant surprise and a refreshing take on romcoms. it’s heartfelt and honest and very true to life which probably why it just gets under your skin. beautiful movie! ❤️

Because of that trailer, pretty sure everyone knows what's going to happen. Love Olivia Wilde though, pity about the new trend of trailers that go for too long.
Luke looks EXACTLY like the owner of Fiddlehead brewery in Vermont, plus about 50 pounds but seriously, exactly the same.
I want to see this but I feel like it probably won't be in a theatre near me. :/

Pretty much, Romantic Comedies are so obvious, they either fall in love with someone else, or the couple has a huge fight, and they get back together at the end.
I still like to watch them though o-o

Zero point to this movie
It was actually a bummer. The “Too Good for average guy” girl (Olivia Wilde) Has the drinking buddy in the friend zone and pretty much stays that way throughout the film. There is alot of confusion on his part, he falls in love with her and she pretty much shuts him down. Yep, but it had a good soundtrack tho.
