What I love about this group whom I gave followed for many years is that they use a lot more Christian music.. I just love all of yâall.. my only question is when working out regularly do you just do one video or do you do a couple of videos to get a decent workout of the whole body?? Love these girls so much.. I was living in Texas when I found them and if I had of had the money I would have gone to become an instructor but sadly we moved to take care of family on both sides.. but still love these girls!!! I remember one time there hotel was on fire and they had to get out and for the life of me I canât remember the curly girls name but she said said the one thing she had to bring out was her bible and that stuck out to me all these years she didnât care about her other things all she cared about was her bible..đđâïž
