i was at nhb office i over heard the gentlemen there that you obtain subsidy over new projects and upgradation of an existing project. i am confused here that if i setup a polyhouse "A", after a period of lets say 4 years i want to setup new polyhouse then i wont get subsidy ? as per them i can get if its completely new project.

No wonder farmers facing so much problmes. Taking 4-7 months for sanctioning from NHB and 1 year from states. Ridiculous. They should've made the process easy and fast so that farmers can see agriculture as business and not just farming.

Yes you are right. Process was easier earlier but alot of people were exploiting it by taking subsidy and not building polyhouse or project.
