This 3rd party figure is something that most toy companies cannot achieve, super hero v-tape proportion. Sadly ML will not reach this kind of proportion for many more years...
Not the most convenient thing to track down soft goods for, but absolutely grabbing one for another Bane custom. Surely easier than for the Titan body I'm thinking.
I think this for a mafex scaled Bane would be fantastic. The proportions are anatomically so much better than Mafex; as well if you're doing a classic look then you could definitely give your hand a go at sewing the soft goods since it's a very simple costume design!

Plus, I notice you accidentally popped the torso off the limb there. That's cool too cos it's going to make my custom job easier that I had on my mind with this figure. I plan to put a loin cloth over the hip. So, since the upper torso is removable at the waist, that's definitely going to make my much a whole lot easier since it's a Heman's loin cloth. I wouldn't want to be heating or warming the plastic just to get stretch it over his legs and hip.
Man awesome video… you hitting these on the fly poses is ridiculous, lol. I just used the vtoys black zero body to make a custom Luke Cage and using the Adam body to make a Ferrigno Hulk.
If you bought this expecting super posability, that's on you. Given the body type, I think it feels great and moves very well... thr only articulation bugaboo for me is having to jock around the low torso ball to pose the hips. Just build a slightly roomier pelvis guys, it rolls fix VToys, it would fix Adam here, it would fix Romankey, it would fix GW Toys. The only places that seem to hve gotten that right is NW Toys and Nottaa Man. That said, I would love ALL of the blank body makers to consider more ethnic options. Like Romankey offered in 3 colors right off the bat, and I actually received the wrong one, so I got stuck with whitey, but man, I would love a lighter tan for like southeast Asian peoples or Latin American, I would love a dark black skin tone for African characters, and maybe a deep brown that could pass Indian or Australian native. We're never going to get offerings for the gorgeous skin tones of every people on Earth, I get that, but like, try a middle tone range that facilitates more than just Irish white people. At least NW Toys guy has a tan. 😅
I'm looking to start getting some customs done to go with my Storm Collectibles Mitsurugi and Taki. I'm looking to start with Kilik getting made. My question is does this figure seem as bulky as that Mitsu figure? I want him to match the style of Storm Collectibles but I'm hoping he's just a bit less bulky. Thank you for all that you do and show. I'm a big fan of the channel.
Hey man, great review but I'm a little bummed out that you didn't compare Adam to a Jada Street Fighter figure like Ryu or Ken. Also, I wanted to know if I can put their extra heads on Adam' body. Does that work? Thanks.

You could always dye the figure to get the darker skin color.

I think the Adam body would be perfect for a punisher fig, or a Conan. And that fig would be great for either one of those.
