This is a very helpful video, particularly the post US news in to the Tokyo open. I had most of the other stuff re: best times / worst times but it's great to get confirmation from an experienced trader

True Indeed Kathy, understandably brief and not too much "open secret" .. if there is
Entering Asian sessions are my most succesful trades especially when we need to enter and seek longer term hold.
If Intraday transit/continuation to swing using higher timeframe; holding to New York from asian zone(as in alert and effective hours) can be "deadly" if not diligent. (referring to you other videos when movements go contrarian and opposite of the technical setups). US session tend to add momentum on the economic fundamentals etc. from as early as Frankfurt or Tokyo session.
Hence that is why we vary Intra or Swing accordingly.
Looking at the commodities based and "safe" haven pairs around pacific 😉...they are consistent and behave very well; though not as volatile and erratic to the favourites that scalpers usually quote etc. (will not mention the pairs)

I'm in UK and have to stay up all night to trade the Asian market..every time I have, it's hardly moved an inch..New York open at 2.30 pm is much better
8pm-10pm is the golden hour particularly in euro and yen crosses

that is true kathy , been in Afghanistan from 5 am to 10 am is all seem to asia sesssion its not bad but i love scalping at this session.

ZIP is always my number one strategy

Gold is most effective during Ny and Europe

I live in Greece. There are problems with asian session. The first is that i am asleep. The second is that by the time i am awake the marketnhas already moved. I usually wake up at 7:00 am. Usually from 24:00 to 2:00am the spread is high for major pairs. I can't think of pairs like audchf. Any suggestions?
