if you had that much much money im sure you could afford a large plot of land out in North Dakota or some shit. you could even charge to come in and see the "Great Dog Plains" or some shit

I felt the same way and still do very often. But you don't need a penny to provide much needed help at your local shelter. You can collect donations like blankets, newspaper, food and other items from friends, family and neighbors to take to the shelter regularly. And volunteering your time at your local shelter is a huge help...they need caring people like YOU to help walk and play with the animals, bathe them, clean their quarters, and other things. there was a billionaire in Russia i think who built a shelter for all the homeless dogs in the area out of his own pocket. I believe he said they reminded him of when he was child he had found a stray dog and kept it as a pet.

Just found something extremely uncommon here in northern Sweden, a stray dog. Had just finished my workday and was going home when I almost ran him over on the pitch black forest road up to my house. A skinny mix, I think something like german shepherd and golden retriever or something similar.
No collar and extremely dirty. Had some dried reindeer heart left from my lunch and he walked right up to me. No problem getting him into my truck. Called the local police station but they had no missing dog reports so I guess I'll take him in until I find his owners. If he has any. Must have been out there all summer.
And I found him right on time, winter is just days, maybe a week away and there is no way he would survive the artic cold and snow up here.
Anyways I got him a warm bath when I got home, some food and anti worm medication I had left from another dog who sadly passed away a while ago. He's sleeping on my couch now. Right at home haha. Taking him to the local vet tomorrow for a check up. It's kinda funny, I have been watching this channel now and then since I love dogs but living where I do I never expected to find a stray my self. We don't even have shelters here since there is no need for them.
Feels good helping in real life. If I can't find his owners then he got a new home today. I'm happy to keep him.

No problems :). And sorry to hear shelters are so needed in many places. Never seen a stray dog in my 30+ year old life before this guy ran in front of my car. And I have traveled Sweden up and down many times.

The little nest she made for her baby to be safe while she went out to look for food. Notice she put it OUTSIDE the fenced in area, in case that gate gets locked up at night. Very smart girl!💞 🐕🤗

Good that this dog was in good condition, giving birth to 1 puppy who can latch on to all her mother's bottled up milk. Even when this dog would've left living in that space, I think she could've made it in good health also with her 1 child. But, no doubt, I'm happy that these 2 were given a good home, a check up, and safety. I like the dog-mother's face, her eyes are so expressive.
