@@FCBobelona123they’re going to challenge this year if the second line stays healthy. Maybe they won’t make it, but we’ll see a strong glimpse of the future this year. Roy will be keeping a spot warm for Demidov. If you look at what they have in Kapanen and Beck right now, Evans is probably gone at the deadline, Dvorak sooner if they can. Realistically, Gallagher Ava Anderson are in the way as early as next year

I've seen that a full vid on him (this short doesn't do him justice really) and he's something I've never seen before, like even among pro players.

This kid's hands are INSANE! I can't believe 3 teams passed him up, i can maybe see taking Celebrini first, I guess... lol, but 3 teams passed on this guy!! That's crazy to me, reminds me of when we got Caufield at 15, we almost got Eiserman at 21 too, he went the pick before us, im not sure i could have taken that much good in one draft anyway, my head probably would have exploded! lol.
Scouts are saying hes actually more talented than Matvei Michkov which is insane.
Yes also because Demidov is a better all around player who excels at both ends of the ice
Not talented, it is not correct to compare them in principle, Michkov is a very technical and intelligent player, if he adds to the gajarits, then the comparison will no longer be in favor of Ivan. Again, they are both top-class players, so the flayer and the Hubs were lucky.

Still wish the Hawks would’ve taken him. I know they tried. Hard to be depressed when I remember they won the Bedard lottery. Artyom is gonna be a great defenseman and I really like Mustard and the rest of their picks. They got an A for a reason. I’m just happy Montreal got Demidov instead of Anaheim or the Blue Jackets.

@@Pariah_Larry I think Demidov would have been a nice addition to help Bedard, because you can be a generational talent, but you need help. I agree they got the best 'projected' defenseman. And this is why I thank Chicago, it helped us get Demidov. If the Habs drafted another defenseman I would have cried lol

Nah sorry Demidov's a right wing same as CC. He should be playing on same line as Habs 2 best players: Suzuki a Center & clearly Habs best player along with Slaf who plays left wing . A line of Demidov- Suzuki- Slafkovsky is the way to go. Cole can play on 2nd line with Dach

Definitely talented but to say “best Ever to play in junior league” is a very subjective statement.
Well, I did say “perhaps” the most gifted offensive player to ever play in that league

Look at the stats.
I would say he’s the 3rd most talented but his ceiling is far lower then the other prospects. Expect a consistent 20 goal scorer in 3 or 4 years. Unfortunately if you are expecting more you will be disappointed. However for a 5th overall pick a 20 goal scorer ain’t too shabby either.
