In this episode, Ben has a nightmare about Victor Validus and nanochips. When he wakes, he meets Validus and subsequently finds Nanochips tied to Elena. As the crew investigates Validus' facilities, Elena's link and the malicious goals of the Nanochips become clear. At the culmination, Ben is confronted by Elena, who is now under the power of the Nanochips. This leads to a rescue mission and Julie's sad reunion.
