Good work ! I am a huge fan of the Subharmonicon, but too often on CZcams, people do not seem to build musically expressive harmonic sequences. It often feels as if the player is overwhelmed by the instrument. Not here though. The Sub is a tough beast to tame, but when it is, it can yield a fascinating richness of ambiances.
I thereby declare you Subharmonicon Whisperer ! ;-)

I love what you have here. That wonderful low 'froggy' swell you have been getting is simply awesome along with the little almost triplet countermelody buried in there apparent around 4:40-5:30 as it becomes a main melody line. I think when it was more buried I liked it more (not that I hate it when it is out in the open as it is in most of the track); bring buried it made the listening a bit more like motion as opposed to a line. Anyway, really good stuff - you show off some great timbres.
I am thinking of all the delicious pairings of this with the Impulse Command, Microvolt 3900, Quadrantid Swarm , 0-Coast, Grendel Grenadiers, Hydronium, or Ants!
Sublime! I could listen to this for an entire day. I think I need to get me a Subharmonicon but I expect I won't get this result. Great work!

Nice to hear an actual decent bass line from this rather than the usual endless generative ramblings.
I mean generative polyrhythms are nice & full of surprises but I just tend to end up with 3hr recordings to trawl thru to trim that awesome couple minutes out of.

This gave me an idea to start with the Subharmonicon as more percussive and then fold in the dfam
Hey fellow Moogster nice patch. Really great textures and movement throughout this patch. Quite haunting at times. Like the way you have bolted the SubH to the DFAM wish I had thought of that.

by far the best i've seen from this synth and i own it myself since quite some time lol
It is nice to see someone use it at a slower bpm for once. Convinced me to buy, not sure if I should hate you or thank you, haha.
it's actually 130bpm :) but it does have a chill vibe. If you put a big kick drum behind it wouldnt sound so slow :)

Since I’ve started playing around with eurorack and semi modular, I’ve never in the past cared about bleeps and bloops music, but I quite enjoy making it now! I bought the Subharmonican as well, From looking at the specs I was interested in the sub oscillators which is my favorite type of oscillator, and hooked up with the Blackbox and Noodler, Wow, wow wow! More fun than Disney!

They sell them at like a Home Depot. In hardware area they are near merge plates and things like L brackets for connecting wood or picture frames.

This is maybe the best vid of the Subharmonicon out there. Thank you! Aside from the reverb/delay, is the patch being affected by any other modules? I see some cables coming out of the patch bay, but just wondering if this could all be done using the subharmonicon all on its own?

@@surf_machine I don't see what it won't work with dfam... It will work with a mother 32. See page 39 of the user manual. I guess I'm missing something.
