You assumed 15w per charge, right? I think it could be 30-35w per hour. Eg: It takes 2 1.5-2 hours to charge my mobile with a 18w charger. A fast charger of >80w might charge in half an hour and could thus be 40w per charge. This is based on charger output. We also have to take the AC to DC transformer loss. This might double or triple the mobile consumption as 0.03 instead of 0.015 (doubled the consumption base kw).
