- Hello everyone,
I have decided to take a couple of days off to myself as I am feeling a little run down. This means I haven't had the opportunity to get to any of my projects I am working on so there is no new content this week.
I thought I'd spend a bit of time digging into my archives and looking for an old video to re-edit. This one was done in May of 2022. It was a real estate job for an end of lease tidy. The new renters had already moved in but as you can see the previous tenants didn't do much to keep the lawn in check.
I was absolutely exhausted by the end of this job, it took me close to a full day and I wasn't working with the "area at a time" approach I now use.
This video was originally a two part series which I have managed to compress slightly into one longish video.
Thanks to income made through CZcams advertising and the Buy Me A Coffee page, I am able to do a number of my jobs free of charge.

Thanks for watching and see you again soon.
You’re improving every video, I’m impressed. You’re churning out quality consistent content. Keep it up!
Get well soon, Ryan! We’ll be here waiting when you’re back on your feet again. ❤️🇨🇦
Yeah, in the meantime, there's always George, or Tim.
I go back to rewatch the multiple episode ones where there's long grass and path reveals.
Love the path reveal episodes
We can really see how much you’ve refined your camera angles and editing since you began, Ryan. Your new method of breaking the work into manageable sections as you go is more efficient, also! Bravo! ❤️🇨🇦
Thanks Rita.
Get to feeling better! We’ll be here !
You did pretty good with that whipper snipper. 🙂💚
God speed in your recovery.
👏👏👏 Excellent job ❤
I can hear the mower crying........😭
Wish you better. Take care.
Take care. You probably could use the break .
Get well soon and get enough sleep and rest👍😊
Feel better, Ryan. There's a lot of hard work out there and you need to refresh. You made this look tons better
Sorry you are not well. Thank you for posting a video anyway. What a job! Well done! I used to rent and had no lawn mower and could not afford to buy one. I think landlords should provide one.
Truly impressive! I think that with time, no matter what one's job is, you find better ways to manage your time & energy. Like the old say "live & learn". You make what must be such hard work look so effortless - brilliant result!
Hope you feel better soon. Don't worry about us your viewers we'll be here when you get back! Yes you have come a long way in regards to editing and camera shots, either way I like your work then and now. Keep on keeping on 😊
Awesome. I don't remember this so nice to see a golden oldie. Feel better
Great video, Ryan. Tons of work you did on this one. Hope you feel better soon. Take care.
I reckon 20 bags!! You must have been shattered after this one. Take care of yourself and very well done! 😊❤😊
Tak teď už je zahrada jak vyměněna! Je to moc hezký pohled. Nechápu proč se o to majitelé lépe nestaraji? Jsi opravdu obdivuhodný muž! Opatruj se! 👍👍🌿Jana 🌿💚👋
That certainly was a lot of work! Hope you feel better, soon.
Feel better 😀
You get some rest. We will be here when you get back. ❤
Your lawn makeover looks really good. The landscaping work is amazing.
Ooo my favorite game! The how many bags game! 😂. I say 10!
My guess for the number of bags is........12!
I say 15 bags.🤔 Get some rest and hope you feel better soon. 🙂 Edging on the narrow way looks better and crisp🙌🏼 AWESOME and AMAZING yard transformation work Ryan.🤗

I've been with you a long time, and you're so flawless with your filming and editing skills now that i completely forgot you ever had a learning curve! It was fun to revisit. Sorry you're not feeling your best. Best wishes for a speedy recovery from San Jose, California!
Thank you so much for that ❤️
Great job Ryan.
Espero que no se nada grave y se recupere pronto para poder seguir ofreciendo sus videos, son muy relajantes. Un saludo desde España
Nothing serious at all, just a bit tired and needed a rest 😊
You can see the difference!
Sorry to hear you are under the weather. Feel better soon. Here in Michigan it was only 47 degrees high and tonight in the 30s. Way to cold. I think it will be 23 bags for the lawn .
Ooo that sounds bitterly cold!
Hello Ryan. You are doing a neat job .Congratulations .I strongly suspect that the mushroom is edible "Lepista panaeolus" look it up .
get well soon enjoyed the videg from Ireland
Brilliant work as always 🎉
Thanks for the lawn fix. How’d you know I needed it? Feel better soon!
Just wondering why you weed wack pretty much all of the grass instead of just the edges, fence lines and pathways, then mow everything? And when you mow is there a reason for not using the grass catcher from the start? I’ll bet you get 6 bags of green waste. 16 boy oh boy I was way off. That’s a ton of grass. Great job. Looks so neat and tidy. 👏👏👏👏👏👏
I think using the trimmer is more time efficient! I don’t have a edger.
10 bags!
I was close at 13.
Not bad!
30 bags
Not being sure how large the bags are I say 11
👍🏼
40bags
Thankfully not 😅
14 bags
So close!
You'd have chosen a more interesting one. It's just 45 minutes of tall grass. BORING.
