Love this..I just wish I had of known how much I was in a trance of unworthiness years ago when I was and when I allowed others to continue to convince me of my own unworthiness. Sometimes we really have to check our environment and those who are around us and whether they are contributing to our trance. So often it works out we are in abusive situation either in work or pur intimate lives and this is keeping us in trance..be careful who you surround yourself with and also a society that is continually telling us only certain people are worthy or valid. Sometimes we can be thinking its us that needs to change or doing all the internal work but sometimes we simply need to change our environment if we are able to..change a job or get out of a relationship or change towns ..etc.Sometimes our environment just does not serve us.
