Provinces should perform and NFC accord should be revised to control the leakage of Finances. Very good suggestion that Divisional level performance in terms of revenue and development should be implemented to create competition and in this way, voters would be in a position to analyze the performance of their representatives.

Finally i see someone discussing solutions to our problems. We have identified the problems we have solutions we just need a will to implement which is the most difficult phase. I wish and hope we start moving on that implementation phase.
And why did he not implement solutions since 1988? Is he not same who supported IPP agreements and LNG agreements and gave fake illegal budget in May18?

Who gave fake illegal budget in May 2018? Who gave budget on fake assumptions in June 2022?
DISCOs should not be privatised, we don’t want to end up like the UK. Energy privatisation requires competition, in Pakistan and like the UK single buyer model just promotes the cartels and monompolies.

No taxation without representation. First, we need to reform the election system and control the military. Allocate seats based on the percentage of votes each party receives, or adopt a presidential system. Misuse of funds and improper expenditures prevent us from paying taxes. We need an Islamic state and a policy to unite the Muslim Ummah. First, we must define our identity and purpose, support Palestine, and then we will be willing to pay taxes. The current use of taxes promotes ideologies contrary to Islamic teachings.

Koi bhi party ho Pakistan mein Army ki support ke baghair hukumat nahi bana sakti. Chahy yeh Hon ya koi aur. Imran khan 25 saal Dhakay khata raha phir Army ne support ki tab hi iqtidar Mila. Humare mulk ko nai party ki nahi naye nizam ki zarorat hai jahan Army ka siyasat mein koi role na ho. Why everyone decides to launch his or her own party rather than join more established parties. Mr Abbasi mentioned that PTI is the only party which came from grassroots level so I think they should have opted to join PTI.

Very wrong approach to ask anyone how he got his money. Government officials are so corrupt themselves, and are the ones with questionable assets. If I am cheating on taxes, the tax officer is taking a bribe and inept. And Abbasi sb wants me to answer how I got rich. He should go after the tax official.
I humbly think you misstook abbasi sabs hypothesis he developed to improve undertanding of the gravity of the situation.
I dnt think he did propose this as a practical solution.
Just like he proposed hypithetical scenario of revoking direct taxation on sallaries and then elaborated on it being impractical.
