Beg-Int Barre Progressions

Here are some great examples of BEG-INTERMEDIATE BARRE PROGRESSIONS!
These exercises are intended for more advanced beginner dancers ages 6 and up. These barre progressions follow the Captivation Dance Comprehensive Ballet Curriculum for a Level 1 or Level 2 Ballet student. These exercises are a part of a years worth of lesson plans and are not intended to be executed all at once, but rather introduced over time.
