A common misconception is that when you ‘crack’ your knuckles you’re physically just snapping them forward but in fact you just pop the gas bubbles in your joints every time you ‘crack’ them

You can’t break a bone, you’re cracking the joints not bones but you can definitely damage something bad. I know someone who went to a chiropractor for a neck adjustment and the chiropractor accidentally pinched a nerve while adjusting the neck and the person is now blind.

I've been watching LLS since 2017 and have seen a lot of different things on both of the main channels. I'm currently a couple weeks out from finishing my first year in Chiropractic school in the Bay Area and watching this video is in a way satisfying. To see the people I've watched for years visit a Chiropractor is honestly a highlight for me and I'm looking forward to seeing more people visit Chiropractors to improve their overall health! To this day, I still look forward to watch a fire video from LLS or Strawberry Park after a long day of lectures, exams, and techniques on adjusting. Keep it up fellas 🫡

I remember my first chiropractor appointment I found out that day that my hip was out of ailment and my right leg was about 2 to 3 centimeters longer than my left and it was a greet experience.
