- Tuna is consumed all over the world. But experts believe that certain species, such as the popular bluefin tuna - are being fished to the brink of extinction.
This would be disastrous to those who depend on tuna fishing for their livelihoods. In the Solomon Islands, for example, tuna is one of the main earners. But if future generations are to continue making a living from fishing, a lot has to change.
