Great tips - you skipped thru why the "send destination to Tesla" tip is so useful. This is really crucial for anyone that keeps a big contact/address book on their phone and doesn't want to manually type in a destination as you can just send the address for any contact already in your phone directly to the Tesla for navigation.
I touch on it in lots of my other videos but correct very important!

Auto turn signals works best with a destination set since it won’t disengage on a turn if the turn is part of the route!

Do you have a hack to keep the lid (rug lid) open hand free in the trunk - it keeps fallen down and annoying to put grocery in there (storage)
that feature which locks all doors, preventing from someone penetrating from outside when you are in the car, is quite useful.
I remember was in a taxi car in one city with some criminals and one tried to open a door and jump into the car ....

We paid for the summons feature on our 2023 Model Y and it has yet to work. Do you know if this feature will come soon?
Thanks Chris. Just took a 2023 Model X. Isn’t the ultrasonic sensors were removed in 2023 Model X and uses vision? It doesn’t show the distance while parking. Also, how do you show the 3D car/object navigation map on the big screen? It only shows on my small dashboard display.
knew 20 of 21 (missed the shortcut sync to apple watch).
also, i think the autopilot nudge doesn't work anymore, when did you last tried it?

I think it’s a counterweight so that it doesn’t beep at you to put your hands back on the wheel so much.

MY model y Auto park works just fine
it seems as if most of those features are for enhanced auto pilot or full self driving. Are they not?
We just got the Tesla X but for some reason when we are trying to park, it doesn’t show in inches how far the car is and only shows some blobs? Does anyone how to fix this

iPhone bad. Get an android. S23 ultra best phone ATM, though if you're getting a new phone may as well wait for s24 ultra. Pixel also decent, but it's less customizable and Google fucks you hard (is you have a massive search bar on home and they refuse to let your remove)

@@mountainmantesla4395 If you're poor or don't care about tech that's a smart decision. If you enjoy tech and are well off it's more than worth it. Time is money, and my time is extremely valuable so having a speedy and efficient phone more than pays for itself. Plus I enjoy tech and having high quality pics for my travels :)

Tesla owners must be the only owners on the road to spend a good chunk of change on a car , just to be as frugal as possible once they own the car. I feel like it’s because they know they bought a car based on the hype associated with EV’s over their actual needs and wants as a driver

Tesla has basically no competition at its price points. That's why the Model Y is the world's best selling car. I believed the clickbait misinformation too before I got a Tesla so don't feel bad.
I got one because they are so cheap to own after the initial investment. I was going to replace my 4runner with a new one. The Model Y cost me the same amount. The Tesla is cheaper for insurance and I save about $350 a month on fuel. I also have a 21 year old solar system so now I drive with no cost for fuel.
Teslas aren’t even expensive lol similar specs on a ICE vehicle would cost more.
Uh, you can buy a used one for less than many other gas or electric crappy cars. Win/win.
