League of Legends - Annoying Bug: Undead Garen!!

A very annoying bug I found whileplaying. After Garen got his Guardian Angel and Baron, he became something like undead, with his Guardian Angel having no cooldown... In the video he dies several times, but little after that he dies for good. (unfortunately i didnt record this. )
I beg you Riot, fix this bug! :/
