If you have a bean grinder you could always blend the grounds a little linger to make them finer. If you get a grinder you can also use fresh beans which may make it taste even better and may save you some $$
I’m def looking into getting a grinder one day!! I think it could level up the coffee even more for sure

You gotta get up the first time you wake from a nap. No matter how short it was, the grogginess sets in after forcing it to be longer.

Just did the Safari and Wildseed Winery yesterday. Ate at Altdorf German restaurant (live music outside and recommend eating outside) and they were voted best German food in 2023.

Hey Abby! I want your opinion on something. I have been thinking about trying F45, I personally want to see difference in my appearance (but with Orange Theory never did, which is what I have tried). I know you have always been athletic but wanted to know if F45 was truly helpful to your appearance and overall “athletic” feeling compared to the gym/lifting? Anyway, just wondering! Thank you🩷
I definitely feel like it’s helped me get stronger overall - cardiovascular and strength wise! I think appearance wise your diet & genetics play into it SO much - but I definitely leaned out a lot (was eating healthier & I also already had the muscle, just needed it toned up more) when I started going consistently!! Sorry this is so late 😭

I might be out of date on content, so you may have already considered this but your arm / finger numbness might be cubital tunnel syndrome. Or if it's affecting all of your fingers you may have carpal tunnel as well. I have numbness in my ring & pinky finger from big4 work. Usually rest specifically of the elbow is what helps most, if your symptoms don't subside, surgery is often recommended to prevent permanent nerve damage. Obv see a doctor, but not too sure exercises are necessarily the right approach - usually it just needs rest & using a brace helps too. You can look them both up to see if you feel your symptoms do align & then maybe go to the doctor with your concerns!
That’s what I was thinking it was too! I need to look into a brace and prob go see a doctor instead of just doing airrosti for the PT help

Hi Abby, I've been watching you for literal YEARS and I couldn't help but focus on your comment on your hand tingling. As a chiropractic student, I feel like you would benefit from setting up an appointment with a local chiropractor to check this out. Based on your complaint it sounds like you would be a perfect candidate for this, since it's definitely within our wheelhouse. Hope this helps and you give it a try!
