For people who don’t understand here’s an explanation from a person who belts a lot: As a musical singer/ actor or actress we use a belting tone a lot and after a while it can cause a strained voice, it happens a lot in the singing department of my school but, like in the video talking in a softer tone or not talking at all and hydrating the day before can help prevent strain that’s also why u see Ariana eating pastiles before her performances though it isn’t recommended.
