Our nine-year-old special-needs princess went to be with Jesus in 2014. I cannot wait to see her running and dancing and singing and speaking and doing all the things that she could not do while she was here. I know that the second she breathed her last breath here, she was instantly with Jesus. I’m trying to be patient but there’s so much to look forward to! Soon friends..soon

I'm 63 and have had a pretty tough life. My hope is in the Lord Jesus Christ, whether He comes soon or 1000 years from now. There is another way to view the end times than dispensationalism. It's much more Biblical and more hopeful! Postmillennialism is what I'm referring to. Bless you dear one!
This is exactly what I was praying about last night with the Lord: all the scary, fearful things happening in the world and in my personal life. I am overwhelmed with worries and prayer burdens in my spirit for my family, our society, the lost, the persecuted, and Israel. You have delivered His message today, and it is just the encouragement I need.

This was so comforting. Yes , I have had days were the events unfolding have been very difficult, days when I feel I can’t go another mile. And then I go straight to Jesus, and ask him for strength & to see all of this through his eyes , not my own. He is so faithful to pick us up , when we are down and feeling low. I long for his return , just as all my brothers and sisters in Christ are. I too am praying for unsaved loved ones. It grieves my heart that there are so many. I am disabled living with my wife mother in law father in law and brother in law. My wife is disabled and brother in law has autism. I wrote a book about having a disability called the battle of achieving normality. Despite the book having a great message, I lost my mother, father, sister, niece, nephew, and brother in law since I published the book. I ask God to help me with my physical pain and mental loss, no answer….. don’t give up trust in God

Gracie, look up how many times the bible says ’we are not children of the wrath’. God’s wrath does not come down on His children. Jesus will come back WITH HIS CHURCH. This would be impossible if we were still down here, no, we are taken up before the wrath comes and THEN we return WITH Jesus. And also Luke 1: 37 ’no word from God will ever fail’! If it’s in the bible, trust it, it will be so. Don’t worry, if our names are written in the Book of LIFE, we will be spared of His wrath, which is MEANT for the unbelievers! ❤

Thank you for sharing this, I wanted to tell you that you're not alone; I've also been going through a similar phase as well, feeling depressed lately and having thoughts about getting "my life back together" like you said it, which I know would just make me more self-centered and worldly. Please hang in there, trust the Lord, and my advice is to start by practicing gratefulness and looking at all the blessings you already have, (for example just to be able to walk and have your feet to take you where you want to go is such a gift, our eyesight, etc), things we take for granted. Get yourself a beautiful journal, colorful pens and write them down and thank Him for each one, you are blessed more than you think. (Journaling is awesome!) Make a morning prayer a habit to start the day right, draw closer to Him even when you feel numb, the Lord will always be there for you. God bless you sister.

Brother Lucado, thank you for your testimony and words of encouragement. My life is dedicated to the Lord, I'm new in the Born Again faith after growing up and raising my family in the LDS Church. My family left the Mormon church 10 years ago and I stopped attending 5 years ago. I found this new faith 6 month ago and I'm embracing it with all the strength my spirit has. It has giving hope and I have experienced the Lord's UNCONDITIONAL love and mercy I never knew, even though I went to church every Sunday and I served in the church. I'm praying for the Lord to guide my family back to Him, they're loving good people that lost hope in the conditional Christ and Father they thought they were.... I just don't want to go without them.... Heaven is only Heaven if family is there.... Am I wrong feeling this way?. Last Friday I lost my youngest son, a non-believer, like I explained above. And last Friday, before I went to bed, in my despair, I prayed to the Father to lead me to a scripture or give me a vision or a dream that I may know where my loving son was now..... To make the story short, I was led to know and believe Todd is with the Father.... So I know my son is there.... I need the other 3 and my grandkids.... I pray the Lord may give me time to witness to them of the loving Father in Heaven that is waiting for them to come back. And my heart and prayers are with those in similar situations. So many of our adult children have gone away from Him and some from us.
Those who believe in Jesus Christ, are covered by his precious blood. Sometimes our children stray, but I promise you they are in HEAVEN. We WILL see them soon. No more sorrow or pain. Our tears WILL be turned into pure joy. Stay in the Bible. The Bible is THE ONLY TRUTH and he is calling you to his Kingdom, Power and Glory!

I'm so grateful I was led to my new faith, restored faith before my son died. 5 days before he died, I had the opportunity to witness to him of who God is and of His unconditional love for all of us. At one point in the conversation our eyes met and, in that instant, I KNEW he believed me. I'm not saying he embraced it but perhaps was all that was needed before he crossed.

And I pleaded with Lord to guide me to a scripture or give me a dream or a vision that would tell me Todd was enjoying that unconditional love we know is in Heaven... I opened the Bible on my computer, John 16... I was trying to read but I just read words here and there, not connecting them, not really reading anything but words... until I got to John16:20 and that verse jumped out, the letters got bigger, and I read: "Verily, verily, I say unto you, That ye shall weep and lament, but the world shall rejoice: and ye shall be sorrowful, but your sorrow shall be turned into joy". What I read was: You are crying now, but the world in Heaven rejoice that Todd is back home, and yes, you're sad and have much sorrow but some day all this will turn to joy when you'll see your son again. Our God and King is the most merciful God.

Yes, 1 Thessalonians 4 :15-18 takes place at the end of the great tribulation. So patiently endure to the end. For the Lord keeps His promises without fail.
Yes, the resurrection and then the rapture, happens 'immediately after the tribulation of those days'. Amen. We will be here on the earth during the great tribulation but those who endure till the end will be saved. Tribulation must come first but even so, come Lord Jesus!
1 Thess 4:13-18 occurs before the 7-year Great Tribulation period. Then look at 2 Thessalonians 2:6-8, the Antichrist cannot step upon the world stage, nor step into power until after the restraining presence of Holy Spirit within God's church is removed, because that passage shows that Holy Spirit is restraining the Antichrist, for now. When you read about the Rapture event, then read about Christ's second coming, there are many many differences. In the Rapture event God's people are going up to meet him in the air to go to be with him, but in the second coming, Christ returns to the Earth, "with all the saints," and stays there. It's a new Heaven and a new Earth and he & we stay there, forever... we don't go anywhere. Also no one knows when the Rapture event will occur, not even Christ knows....but the entire world will be warned by God's angel, just before Christ's second coming. There will be warnings given, as stated in the book of Revelation. The entire world will know it's about to occur, the entire world will be giving one last chance to repent. At the time of the Rapture event, it will be life as usual, like now, but at the time of Christ's second coming, the entire world is being destroyed, there is no commerce, no marriage, Christians are all being killed, the Antichrist is in power, etc.... There are many other stark contrasts between the two separate events, as well, and I have all of those typed out.

Could be mid trib. Absolutely not post trib. I still hope it's pretrib but it's possible that the 1st 3 1/2 years of it are persecution (satans and/or mans wrath against God's family) . And the last 3 1/2 years are God's wrath against satan and those who give their allegiance to him. But we are told plainly that we are not appointed unto wrath of God. Furthermore, the man of sin must 1st be revealed before his coming.

I’m looking up more and more each day and often say to the Lord , I don’t want to be down here anymore there’s nothing to look forward too. But God said it’s not your time to go I still have a work for you to do . I said what ? He’s said pray in the Holy Spirit . So I do ,not all the time but I am more sensitive to have him lead me to someone who needs a listening ear and word of encouragement ,esp to let them know Jesus is coming back soon. I think it helps them to know there is an end to our sorrow for living in this prison planet . Thank you for sharing this, I wanted to tell you that you're not alone; I've also been going through a similar phase as well, feeling depressed lately and having thoughts about getting "my life back together" like you said it, which I know would just make me more self-centered and worldly.
Please hang in there, trust the Lord, and my advice is to start by practicing gratefulness and looking at all the blessings you already have, (for example just to be able to walk and have your feet to take you where you want to go is such a gift, our eyesight, etc), things we take for granted.
Get yourself a beautiful journal, colorful pens and write them down and thank Him for each one, you are blessed more than you think. (Journaling is awesome!) Make a morning prayer a habit to start the day right, draw closer to Him even when you feel numb, the Lord will always be there for you. God bless you sister.

Brother Lucado, thank you for your testimony and words of encouragement. My life is dedicated to the Lord, I'm new in the Born Again faith after growing up and raising my family in the LDS Church. My family left the Mormon church 10 years ago and I stopped attending 5 years ago. I found this new faith 6 month ago and I'm embracing it with all the strength my spirit has. It has giving hope and I have experienced the Lord's UNCONDITIONAL love and mercy I never knew, even though I went to church every Sunday and I served in the church. I'm praying for the Lord to guide my family back to Him, they're loving good people that lost hope in the conditional Christ and Father they thought they were.... I just don't want to go without them.... Heaven is only Heaven if family is there.... Am I wrong feeling this way?. Last Friday I lost my youngest son, a non-believer, like I explained above. And last Friday, before I went to bed, in my despair, I prayed to the Father to lead me to a scripture or give me a vision or a dream that I may know where my loving son was now..... To make the story short, I was led to know and believe Todd is with the Father.... So I know my son is there.... I need the other 3 and my grandkids.... I pray the Lord may give me time to witness to them of the loving Father in Heaven that is waiting for them to come back. And my heart and prayers are with those in similar situations. So many of our adult children have gone away from Him and some from us.
I understand I wish my 10 children grand children and great will turn to Jesus but only two have. I can only pray they will turn to Jesus.
Pray God will give you a deep love for him. He needs to be first in your heart 🩵🙏🏼✝️
Those who believe in Jesus Christ, are covered by his precious blood. Sometimes our children stray, but I promise you they are in HEAVEN. We WILL see them soon. No more sorrow or pain. Our tears WILL be turned into pure joy. Stay in the Bible. The Bible is THE ONLY TRUTH and he is calling you to his Kingdom, Power and Glory!

I'm so grateful I was led to my new faith, restored faith before my son died. 5 days before he died, I had the opportunity to witness to him of who God is and of His unconditional love for all of us. At one point in the conversation our eyes met and, in that instant, I KNEW he believed me. I'm not saying he embraced it but perhaps was all that was needed before he crossed.

I opened the Bible on my computer, John 16... I was trying to read but I just read words here and there, not connecting them, not really reading anything but words... until I got to John16:20 and that verse jumped out, the letters got bigger, and I read: "Verily, verily, I say unto you, That ye shall weep and lament, but the world shall rejoice: and ye shall be sorrowful, but your sorrow shall be turned into joy".
What I read was: You are crying now, but the world in Heaven rejoice that Todd is back home, and yes, you're sad and have much sorrow but some day all this will turn to joy when you'll see your son again.
Our God and King is the most merciful God.
Hallelujah! King Jesus is coming for us! Praise God!

I am in the same boat. No family, no real friends. Jesus is my friend. I talk to Him all day long. I, too, am in physical, and emotional, pain. Yet, Jesus is coming soon! I feel it. Just remember, before you pray, Praise Him! Then ask for help. When things look bad, Praise Him! Jesus said to have no fear. Try to remember that.

Yes, 1 Thessalonians 4 :15-18 takes place at the end of the great tribulation. So patiently endure to the end. For the Lord keeps His promises without fail.
Yes, the resurrection and then the rapture, happens 'immediately after the tribulation of those days'. Amen. We will be here on the earth during the great tribulation but those who endure till the end will be saved. Tribulation must come first but even so, come Lord Jesus!

1 Thess 4:13-18 occurs before the 7-year Great Tribulation period. Then look at 2 Thessalonians 2:6-8, the Antichrist cannot step upon the world stage, nor step into power until after the restraining presence of Holy Spirit within God's church is removed, because that passage shows that Holy Spirit is restraining the Antichrist, for now.
When you read about the Rapture event, then read about Christ's second coming, there are many many differences. In the Rapture event God's people are going up to meet him in the air to go to be with him, but in the second coming, Christ returns to the Earth, "with all the saints," and stays there. It's a new Heaven and a new Earth and he & we stay there, forever... we don't go anywhere.
Also no one knows when the Rapture event will occur, not even Christ knows....but the entire world will be warned by God's angel, just before Christ's second coming. There will be warnings given, as stated in the book of Revelation. The entire world will know it's about to occur, the entire world will be giving one last chance to repent.
At the time of the Rapture event, it will be life as usual, like now, but at the time of Christ's second coming, the entire world is being destroyed, there is no commerce, no marriage, Christians are all being killed, the Antichrist is in power, etc....
There are many other stark contrasts between the two separate events, as well, and I have all of those typed out.

I still hope it's pretrib but it's possible that the 1st 3 1/2 years of it are persecution (satans and/or mans wrath against God's family) .
And the last 3 1/2 years are God's wrath against satan and those who give their allegiance to him. But we are told plainly that we are not appointed unto wrath of God.
Furthermore, the man of sin must 1st be revealed before his coming.

I got saved at the turn of the 70s. I was thirteen years old. Every weekend starting at the age of eleven, I smoked dope and dropped acid (LSD).
I was a juvenile delinquent.
I was always seeking truth in the acid rock message of that day and drugs was the door.
Glory to God, I was radically saved at the age of 13 and delivered from those habits and the dark message of destruction prevalent then and today.
God has kept me all these years. I never have lost hope of the Rapture during the last 54 years.
I often think of the Rapture and get happy. The quickening I felt in my heart of forgiveness and indwelling of the Holy Spirit then at Salvation and today is the magnate you speak of that will take the Church Triumphant outta here. Right on!

I’m looking up more and more each day and often say to the Lord , I don’t want to be down here anymore there’s nothing to look forward too. But God said it’s not your time to go I still have a work for you to do . I said what ? He’s said pray in the Holy Spirit . So I do ,not all the time but I am more sensitive to have him lead me to someone who needs a listening ear and word of encouragement ,esp to let them know Jesus is coming back soon. I think it helps them to know there is an end to our sorrow for living in this prison planet . And just being there with compassion in agreement yes it is very wicked here but we have heaven to look forward too. Words of comfort ,words of hope , a little giving as you are able too,a little pray . I find it lightens there load just knowing some one agrees with there pain but yet comforts them .
Trusting completely in the Lord through EVERYTHING, brings immense ‘peace’ and ‘comfort’ to our spirit…..not fear, worry or anxieties….those feelings are from the adversary not the Lord…. Full faith is crucial.
