I used Caron Simply Soft Party medium size 4 acrylic yarn. Boye crochet hook size 3.75 mm. I bought them at Walmart.

Thank you so much for this video! I just have a few questions to clarify. When you put “1 sc, 1 sc, 1 sc, 1 sc” that is 1 in the next four stitches? Also, when you put the “2sc, 1 in the next 14” It seems like I don’t see you do the 2sc. Maybe I am missing that. Thank you!
Hi Pateal, *1sc, 1sc, 1sc, 1sc* means 1sc in each next 4 stitches. *2sc, 1sc in each next 14 stitches* means 2sc in same stitch, 1sc in next stitch, 2sc in next stitch, 1sc in next stitch... .repeat the pattern 7 times = 14 stitches. You can use Bernat Forever Fleece which is a super chunky, #6, very soft yarn and an M hook. You can probably get away with a K or L hook. This is sold at Joannes. Be certain the label shows a blue blanket thrown over a wooden chair. If you get forever fleece with a baby face you will notice it says the word finer underneath place and that's not what you're looking for for your purposes. That is a lighter-weight fleece yarn and very hard to
find
