The first time I entered vault 81 I had Strong with me. The security asked about my friend and the overseer said I surely have picked my friends properly and allowed Strong to come in.
Playing maxed out charisma and int builds is such a breeze. All speech checks passed and massive xp. You can build any character by the same time it takes anyone else to build a single one
@@paiboy_rugameplay7049 Youre right. Dont max out charisma and dont get all that xp or benefits from passing all those speech checks. Thatll help A LOT in getting more ex. All that xp you wont get really helps get all that xp.
always carry around a clean suit, pompador wig and a charisma boosting pair of glasses and it helps. thats a 4 point bonus with those items alone. they dont weigh much and its nice to grab that xp when you can. also, grab idiot savant right away when you first level. its worth it.

But charisma doesn’t give you a lot of exp. You only get like 10 from each speech check
