SQUIRREL! You two ladies crack me up and make my day! What a delight & JOY you are.
The coffee dying is very easy. The coffee mutes and changes So of the colors so beautifully. I think the heat does set the colors. I put mine in the oven when I was working in the kitchen to help me remember the floss was in the oven. I have also set alarms on my cell phone to remember things in the oven.
I’m the new girl watching your episodes backwards…ok ok dying 😅here on the floor with laughter about Pontius P!! I love y’all…hooked forever!!

15 WIPs is rooky numbers Jane! I've got over 100 😂 I have stopped myself starting any more though and I'm using a decision wheel to decide which ones I'll work on until they're finished. It hasn't stopped me buying new charts that are now on another decision wheel for when I've cleared some of my WIPs.

Girls!! GIRLS! I’m a fairly new viewer… I know I KNOW 😳😳 where the heck have I been ? Living under a rock! I’m Midwest gal so you two are my jam! I’m only 20 min in and commenting … what an absolute joy and of course I’m backtracking and binge watching! I always say I have to live to 148 to stitch everything I have, but I might actually be up to 187. You had me laughing at so many points, I enjoy your videos so much! On the "Pontius Penis" story, I have a similar one, but it dates all the way to the 70s when I was growing up in Bible belt south Georgia. In the next county over, our church had a sister church known as Mount Penia Baptist church. Well, in our church bulletin one Sunday morning, we are all sitting there as the pastor is making announcements and there we all are sitting there with our bulletins in hand as he hit the typo of Mount Penis Baptist. 😂 The church secretary never lived that down!

Ohhh LOVE your Little Red Schoolhouse, Julie! I just finished stitching it. Started it at Stitch North on the Thursday night May 4 and finished it a couple days ago Sunday May 21. It was such a pleasure to stitch. Lori is such a good designer, I will stitch every single colour sampler she puts out!

I'm tired of buying an entire skein of any brand for three stitches! I've started to trust myself and use my stash. Loved the Pontius Pilate story. Oh how I love watching y'all. Coffee dying does need to be dried in the oven for a little while to set the color to be colorfast otherwise the coffee will all seep out onto the towel when drying. Just maybe 10 minutes or so then on a towel for the rest of the time.
