Why ? Most people won't watch one piece because it's too long and most people don't have time to sit in their room all day watching anime. Everyone hates on bleach because of the filler and because it's unknown to most of the kids these days. Naruto is overrated especially shippuden. The first 200 eps of Naruto is good, that chunin ark is amazing, other than that it's boring as fuck and has a lot of pointless filler. It's enough to atleast heard or know of the series especially because those three are getting quite old now, not everyone is your generation. For them MHA is like Naruto for you. He can be anime fan without watching your ,,Big three''. Everyone needs to start somewhere.
