@valos5563 I don't think it is a good idea to go in a other country to fix it,bc will cost u more,for hotels and traveling. Also is u have some problems in the future u can't go back for any warranty. I done it my implants here in N.Y, cost me 25k each side and not 32k after 2.5 hours surgery and 5 months 8 visits .I have those now 7 years and I never have any problems so ever.

You must have got your information from wrong sources. Implants when placed properly in a patient that is a suitable candidate and compliant in terms of their oral hygiene would have best long term prognosis in comparison to any other dental prosthesis or restorations. Not sure where you got your info from or maybe listened to someone who had a bad experience.
I will say this, if a patient has bad oral hygiene, smokes, and has underlying health conditions like diabetes which is not controlled, implants is not for them. Now that means the dentist needs to be the one that decides this and if they make the wrong decision then its really the dentists fault and not the fault of the restoration

I had the all on 6 a few months ago but mine are with fake gum they look really nice but irritate me coz food often gets stuck under gum. I wished I’d known this was an option.
It is all the same the teeth are with fake gums or without. There must be the proper gum profile then the food never get stuck. Also when you will do the definite bridge, do it from zirconium.
