This totally happened to me!!!!! It was so frustrating. I opened a support ticket and they couldn't figure out why. I do believe there is a backup file for House Flipper 2 in your profile under House Flipper 2. Look for that. I feel your pain. I was devasted when it happened.
Were you able to restore your game? Or did you have to start all over? I will have my son try to restore it for me. He’s really good at that kind of stuff.
@malzy1977 i had to start over but since then they have posted that there is a backup file that your profile goes to. If you restore that file you're good, but before careful it doesn't get corrupted. I know there are instructions somewhere on how to do it. I'll find it and post link if I can. I think it was on the House Flipper 2 steam community site.

@@malzy1977 Just incase. They moved their backups. Here is what they said: Saved data was migrated to C:\Users\NAMEHERE\AppData\Local\..\LocalLow\Frozen District\House Flipper 2. Files located in My Documents are no longer in use. C:\Users\NAMEHERE\AppData\LocalLow\Frozen District\House Flipper 2\Profiles I hope the above helps. I would create a backup of that Profile folder manually every so often. I do that now. Good luck. :) I'm a total achievement junky! I say go for them all. :)
It is available for sale now. You just have to be at the property like any other house. And you can also rebuy it. I am going to have my son look into retrieving the files. But I may have to start over. It’s ok, though. It’s not the first time I have restarted a game.
