Scholastic Corporation was founded on 22nd October 1920 by Maurice R. Robinson near Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, to be a publisher of magazines. The American company is now a multinational publishing, education, and media company that publishes and distributes books, comics, and educational materials for schools, teachers, parents, children, and educational institutions. Their media, television, and film production unit was founded in the early 1980s. Clifford the Big Red Dog, a character created by Norman Bridwell in 1963, serves as Scholastic's official mascot.

Its massive library of literature includes The Magic School Bus, The Loud House (Nickelodeon), American Girl (Mattel), Goosebumps, Captain Underpants (currently owned by DreamWorks) and movie tie-in adaptations (Ice Princess, A Cinderella Story, Barbie in a Mermaid Tale, etc)

Scholastic is honestly my childhood memories and also it's nostalgic too. I can even find the logo in actual books too.
I even remember seeing the weston woods video logo on some of Scholastics Kids DVD's.
Books wouldn't be the same or nearly as popular if Scholastic didn't exist I think.
That second logo will always remind me of Goosebumps.

Well there is one from 2004 that I have but I didn’t see or get the logo. So it only appears in the 1998 version of the program.
