The minimum wage isn't $20 an hour for tipped workers or non-tipped workers. In New York City, tipped service employees earn a cash wage of $13.35 with a tip credit of $2.65. Tipped food service workers are entitled to a $10.65 cash wage plus a $5.35 tip credit.

Haven't been to one in a year and a half but the unlimited biscuits where so good.
Not surprised. Saw family filling trash bag with “endless shrimp” gleefully laughing about taking it home, I intervened and yelled “shame” as I requested that they stop abusing the system.
How was I rewarded? Laughed at and called a “Karen”. The manager came over and I could tell was trying not to laugh at me for caring. Everyone’s a thief nowadays. No one cares. Not even the red lobster manager and staff. Well, now they are out of work due to their laissez fairs attitude. See if I care. Thank you!
They starve the lobsters.

this reporting is not the reason red lobster is shutting down. Private equity stripped the company of assets and increased use of leveraged debt.another case like where private equity destroys companies like toys r us and jo anns

Go to Jordan’s Lobster Farm in Island Park, Long Island. Boats literally bring the lobster to the restaurant. Red lobster is trash. Go to a place with fresh lobster.
Actually they have exclusive rights to the top lobsters caught.

More and more people are opting for other restaurants with lobsters due to reasons like better taste. There are cities/towns where you can get a whole live lobster at the grocery store for $15 a lb or less.
Went low rent to atttract a cheaper crowd,just got cheaper. Is that a flushing sound I hear? Auctioning off equipment is always a good sign.

Red lobster stinks anyway
This is what happens when you pay peanuts to your waitstaff while your miserly executive branch is worth millions.
The company failed and so did the employees. They filed bankruptcy, it wasn’t just shutting down a location for say shop lifting. Their business model failed, you don’t always need a villain “executive” for something to fail.
only good thing about red lobster are the biscuits.
