Warheads come in various sizes. The plant that had the incident makes mortar rounds, Javelin warheads etc.
Explosions from such warheads are not that large, and certainly would not cause massive damage.

The Ukrainians only really had a lot of light infantry in the north.
Which means fuck all when the Russians have total air and artillery superiority. I guess they can keep feeding men into the front as they have been doing, but all that does is ensure heavy casualties and maybe some small advances here and there.

@@oggaBuggaThat isn‘t even a problem, since they will use mercenary pilots anyway. The issue are logistics and support that can take up to minimum 50 personnel for each plane on different tasks. Also despite being old - they are expensive. The west really doesn’t like to see them destroyed on the second day of delivery. They need to survive the first two weeks for a PR win.
