- There is an intricate and important community just under my feet.The health of my garden depends on the health of this ecosystem. And because I eat what comes from the garden, it`s becoming clearer for me to understand that the level of my wellbeing, is equal to the wellbeing of the soil.

As I say it, being remembered by seeing trees growing on bare rock on my #MondovisioneTour 2023 in central Anatolia: #EatEarth, literally pure Earth (by microorganisms degraded rock) is what is needed for a healthy nutrition. Every life on #Earth comes and is based on #Rock. Organic matter might to some extent be useful as a fertilizer, fastening the growth of plants (no one looked closely at the real side effects of useing them in the long run) but not necessarily required for plants growth.

It makes me so happy to see where you and your garden are now, having watched the whole story in real time from the very first video. You’ve transformed that garden and in turn its transformed you too😊.
I’ve also been learning so much about soil bacteria these last couple of years, and something that’s not often talked about is endophytes and in particular endophytic bacteria. The way the plants farm these strains, the bacteria loading themselves with nutrients, then the plants attracting them, feeding them sugars and proteins. And then the plants absorbing the bacteria, and as a result releasing plant protecting hormones.
This whole system is broken in industrial agriculture. Plants are being fed nutrients and without the bacteria to deliver it, they don’t release any protective hormones…so they spray them with fungicide and pesticide.
Yes. Bacteria make a huge difference to nutritionsl vslue of our food. I learnt recently from a book I’m reading by Dr Gundula Rhoades that if a broccoli is not grown organically it will not have ANY of the B vitamins it should have. She writes in her book The Food Solution, that only bacteria can help the broccoli create B vitamins! 🤔

I think that my puls slows down to 45bpm, when i watch your videos..I am already 5 years into permaculture, and gardening, and I never saw such a quality and consistency in someones videos. It's fascinating....Everything combined, that voice, that dual exposure, transitions, music that you are choosing, like erik satie- gymnopedie.....Fascinating!

The NHS here in the UK should be prescribing your channel for lowering blood pressure. I stand in my wildlife garden mesmerised by the light bouncing off the plant leaves, watching an exactatic bee in a poppy or a Blue tit feeding on the blackfly in my Damson trees. Everything else disappears. Your films have the exact same effect upon me, my breathing slows down along with my heart rate. A Peaceful beautiful film.
Simple observation often does that! Calms the mind I reckon 😉

@@kellymcbrearty6691 chicken manure is great. I wouldn’t get tied up too much understanding what microbes live at different depths. The important thing is that you have organic matter in your soil. The microbes will do the rest and balance your soil in time

I've thought that the chemtrails have made the soil toxic & want to clean the soil. I bought herbal seeds that you can make antibiotics from to plant to try to heal the land. I don't know if that's far fetched but these chemteails are doing their job...

not a natural forest if nature is left. it will become richer over time
I have loved nature since childhood but here in Ireland i cant fknd ladybirds grasshoppers bees or hoverflies the soil has barely any worms its very bad😢😢
If you want a garden you will need to make your own soil
