Tips and Best Practices

This video will take you through some tips and best practices to get the most out of your recording.
If you experience any unexpected behavior within the app, try closing it and reopening.
There is no required position you must be in to record in FullCourt Mode with 2 iPhones. As long as there is overlap between the 2 recording phones, it’s up to you to set up where you feel most comfortable
If you need to move your filming position or adjust one or both of the cameras while recording, press the Pause button, then adjust before resuming recording. Pressing Pause will allow the app to recalculate the overlap area in your new position. Once ready, press Record.
You DO NOT need to be online to record in Single or FullCourt Mode. The film will be stored locally on your phone until you get to a Wifi signal. The film will upload and be removed from your phone's storage.
When there is video to upload from your phone, you will see an indicator at the top of your My Studio page showing how many items, upload speed and time remaining. In order for the video to fully upload, the app needs to be open, but not active. As long as the app is open, it can be in the background and will upload.
You always have the option of downloading full game video for both Single Camera and FullCourt Recordings. Press the 3 dots to the right of the game title and you will be able to change the name of the Full Game video, Download full game and delete game (if you were the one filming). Pressing the Download Full Game link will send an email to your account’s email address with a link to download the full game onto your preferred device. When pressing the Download Full Game link, the app will send an email link with what is currently available. Therefore, if you press the link before the Full Game film has fully uploaded or Pano film has fully processed, the link sent to your email will provide what is available at that moment. (Test Pano film to see if pressing the download link will give that XML error or what causes this)
Creating clips while filming is the easiest way to capture your best moments with sport-specific tags and associate them with specific players. Build your roster and have player jersey numbers pop up when you press the Clip button.
The AI feature occurs automatically when your team sport is set to Basketball, you film in FullCourt Mode with 2 iPhones and you create Clips DURING filming.
If you like the AI edit and want to share it as is, simply press Edit and then Save. This will "print" the ball tracking onto the clip, so that when you share or save the clip, it will appear the same way it does in the app.
If you want to edit the AI-edit in any way, press Edit and then use the pinch motion with your fingers to zoom and pan until you are satisfied. Then press Save and your edits will be applied to the clip.
To add flair to your clip, press Add Effects. The clip will be prepared and then you can add music, sound fx, stickers, text, filters and more to make your clips stand out.
There is a Delete All Video option within Settings from your Profile tab by clicking on the gears icon next to your email address. When choosing this option, all video that has been downloaded to your phone within the app will be removed. All clips and Full Game film will NOT be deleted from the Cloud. It is only deleting the film that you have downloaded locally to your device when you press clips to play them. There is also a Memory indicator showing how much storage has been used by FullCourt and other applications.
