this was an amazing episode, for one it's so cool Kevin came on the pod and to be able to listen to him was badass.
The best part of the podcast is how long Kevin was holding the Mic Stand with his left hand the whole time.
Chris talking about having to learn to do this all over hits home. In 2008 I was in the hospital for 25 days and the first 15 were in the ICU so I had to learn how to walk again and lost 60 lbs because I couldn't keep any food down.
"struggle is important in life" is so accurate. I watch a lot of Dr Huberman and he preaches this when he talks about neuroplasticity. error/frustation is key to developing. appreciate kevin's take!

Propper adore kevin. The way he speaks about his recovery, as someone with phyiscal health cinditions due to serveer injury and reconstructive surgery its so true. Like people take for granted thoes things too eaisly but when youre in a situation of having to push yourself and fight to do the basics its wild. Especially when it isnt a born issue so caused by injury truama ect as youre stumped and have to re lern and alot of the times i new ways how to function

That's not kevin's fault. He was answering the questions he was delt, not really bragging. Logan and mike should've asked him more about his come up. Towards the end you see they wanted to, but ran out of time to dive into that.
