User Experience:
- New users are greeted with a main page showcasing all categories, with two businesses displayed under each. This provides a snapshot of the available businesses and helps users quickly find what they are looking for.
- Clicking on a category displays all businesses within it, allowing users to explore more options.
- Clicking on a business takes users to the business's dedicated page, where detailed information about the business is displayed.
Search and Lead Generation:
- Logged-in users can perform searches for businesses. The search results send business leads directly to relevant business owners, including the user's location. This ensures businesses receive timely and relevant leads.
- Users can search for businesses based on city and specific requirements, making it easier to find exactly what they need.
User Registration:
- Users sign up with their name, email, phone, password, and account type (business or normal). This information helps tailor the user experience based on the user's needs.
- If the account is related to a business, users are required to provide detailed business information, including the business title, address, category, state, district, contact number, operating hours, experience, services, overview, CZcams video link, and business logo. This ensures that all necessary information is available for potential customers.
Business User Features:
- Business users can view city-specific business visibility through graphs, allowing them to see where their business is most popular.
- They can also see user ratings and messages, helping them understand customer feedback and engagement.
- Business users can post advertisements that are visible to normal users, increasing their reach.
- They can upload up to three images in the gallery section, providing a visual representation of their business.
- Business users have the ability to edit their profile, business information, and change their passwords, ensuring their information remains current and secure.
Normal User Features:
- Normal users can rate and comment on businesses, providing feedback and helping other users make informed decisions.
- They can view their ratings and comments in their dashboard, keeping track of their interactions.
- Users can search for businesses by city and specific requirements, ensuring they find exactly what they need.
