One thing that should be emphasized over and over as foundational here is the local Church. Are We Called by GOD, and Sovereignly Sent by HIM which HE usually manifests/ brings about through the means of the local Church, being sent by the Church?. As well as supported by the same; Prayer, Financial, Counsel, and so on, knowing they have the missionaries backs and being there for them in Spirit and in Truth, just as in Holy Scripture. Dave C , can you be a little more specific, and expand on "buy/sell" a little. There is a specific context and reason YESHUA did that, in righteous judgement. They turned my HOLY FATHER'S House of Prayer into a den of theives and robbers, stealing from GOD and from the pour, in what should've been a sanctified Temple of YHWH. So, yeah, helping out a little girl scout by buying some cookies from her in Church is a lot different than what YESHUA Whipped and Drove men out of the Temple for.
They were buying and selling in a dishonest way and deceiving the poor. That's not the same thing as a church raising money to minister to people, support missionaries, and spreading the gospel.
