1. Is it ok if I mix two different brands' coolant? As I have filled moto cool first now need to top up.

As long as grade is same, it is fine. (Only for coolant. Not for engine oil)

Can you suggest tyres for my CBR 250r front and rear I don't ride too hard . But I want good grip on wet and dry roads good braking

In my experience I'd suggest you to go with MRF Masseter on front and back as it has good on road and ok kinda off road grip with good traction while braking
You can cut down the cost by choosing CEAT ZOOM XL or continental on front and MRF Masseter on back (only because u said you won't ride hard )
Cause front tyres are very important for fast riding style

Mostly it is made for off-road experience
