    Taj Ahmad Eldridge, Managing Director of Climate Innovation at JFFLabs, provided an insightful talk on the future of green workforce development over the next decade. He explored the skills needed to take advantage of the green jobs landscape. Taj also spoke about how opportunities around green jobs can grow further with partnership and collaboration between industry, non-profits, and educational institutions.
    After the talk, Taj was joined by School of Sustainability professors Chris Boone and José Lobo for a panel discussion.
    About the speaker
    Taj Ahmad Eldridge is managing director of Climate Innovation, an incubated practice at JFFLabs. Drawing on more than 25 years of experience as an investment professional, he leads a cross-collaborative team focused on the intersection of climate and workforce. Before joining JFF, as a cofounder of Include Venture Partners, Eldridge focused on investing in a diverse group of founders and fund managers who wanted to create innovative ecosystems in their areas. Before that, he was senior director of investments at the Los Angeles Cleantech Incubator.
