Do we know that Winstall only installs things that don't have unwanted toolbars, spyware, etc? Ninite was reliable for that.
'ninite was' Are they gone now?
@@Blackadder75 nope
pretty sure it doesn't coz it uses windows package installer 'winget' which only downloads what you ask it to download and nothing extra unless the app you download itself has some extra stuff included with it...
This looks much better than Ninite, which I have used for a,few years now. Thanks Brian.
@@Blackadder75 ninite is still around. I use it every now and again to reinstall my apps when I re-clean-install windows on my computer or install new software on my new laptop I got recently.
Exciting stuff. Looking forward to playing with this one.Cheers Onelove 🙏
Bless up
Hey Brian you're gonna hit a million soon.
Nice video buddy
I'm a long way from 1 million subscribers mate but I'll keep trying
Awesome video, thank you!
You're welcome unicorn. Have a nice day
I’ve been using patch my PC religiously but this looks like an interesting one to try out. Do you feel one is better than the other?
Choose which one works for you doesn't really matter which one you use. As long as you're happy with it, stick with it
What a great tip ! Thank you Brian !
You're welcome mate. Thanks for watching
Could you make "Peek at Desktop" work with the mouse once again in Windows 11? I know Win key + the comma button" ," works with the keyboard and mouse hover does not work in the corner like it does in Windows 10. I don't know what registry entries to use or program to use, if there is one.
great find ty for this
You're most welcome. Thanks for watching

These days, many apps come in a portable version ... no need to install it. Will this tool allow you to select the portable version? Thanks.
I like portable apps for USB drives. Don't really use them on my main PC much
Great videos, do you know of a program that will allow you to choose local apps like this. Something I could use to install multiple games on local network pcs
cheers from guyana, south america
You're welcome and big up! Guyana
Nice Brian, I found another well known tool now has a package installer like this on it, was thinking of doing a video on it.
When your back I'll show you so you can do the video on it.
Cheers Tony, much appreciated

The only problem is some of my software is not the latest version. I want to install some from my files.
When I installed Corel draw x3, Adobe Acrobat reader my window 10 stop working (search , taskbar stopped) , i tried your tips from a video u uploaded but nothing done ✅ what should I do?
I have window 10 on 12 gen i3 12100, Asus h610m e D4 with 8gb ram
could I just save the script to a flashdrive to have incase i ever need to reinstall windows? I tried a program kind of like this in the past but that program sucked. This program looks like it would work great and i wish i had known about it a long time ago, it would have saved me hours of having to download programs individually and installing them individually.
Yes, you can save the script. You can also edit the script and add programs to a later date. You can also create your own packages if you sign in
Neat, but Ninite's a thing...plus I don't like the word "stall" anywhere near my computer...or airplanes.
Use whatever program works for you
Thank you.
You're welcome!
I usually use Ninite, but will give this a go
Incredibly useful. Can anyone confirm this is clean installs with no additional toolbars and spyware?
You have to use common sense when it comes to downloading and installing programs off the internet. It does tell you whether these are third party or original or community. The site is checked regularly in his own by Microsoft so I would say that your pretty safe, but that does not mean that some delicious person could upload something but that could be said if any site or anyone who is sharing any programs on the internet
Does this site pull the apps from the origin site?
If you read the description on the script, it will tell you whether it's pulling them files from a third party site or from the original site
there is a preset that has al c++ in one and yes it was made by myself
I don't have a problem to install one by one my apps. The problem is setting up my preferences and app settings after that.
Many ways to solve that problem
winget is new entrant and works well
Yeah that works a treat
Cool!
Thank you
Nice replacement ans enhancement to Ninite.
I agree. Pretty good tool
good
You're welcome!
I prefer Ninite for when I am setting up computers for the fisrt time.
Ninite he's very limited with programs unlike this which has thousands
@@Britec09 That's the only downside.
Remind me of Ninite
That program is a little bit limited in my opinion
My condolences to you and all the people of the United Kingdom on the loss of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. Our prayers are with all of you.
Thanks for the kind words and support and appreciated
I use ninite
Bit disappointed with that program. Not having more apps to download seeing how long it's been out
I dont see that much usefulness of it. unless you are installing them on multiple unit with multiple models/specs
coz if you gonna use it on multiple unit with same model/specs. it is much better to just do it on a single unit, then clone the whole thing to be deployed on all units.
How old are you...
Leave your guesses down below

Yes you are well done
Try ninite
Bit limited
