Quality is way, way, way more important than quantity. You should not be worried in the slightest about views. The number of comments for this video alone attests to the quality of your work. Keep up the great work.
I didn’t watch the portrait one because, well, I was stuck indoors and my wife really doesn’t like to have her portrait taken. So I didn’t see the point. It saddens me so much to hear that the mirrorless party 2018 and the Gordon/Jordan videos didn’t register with the YT audience, as they’re easily among your top 5.

I always watch every new video coming out from Chris and Jordan and really like them all. Only issue with liking these videos, is that I am watching them on DPReview TV and not via YT, so, you cannot like them. I will probably not be the only one watching these videos not on YT, and therefore you are missing out on likes for sure mine. Anyway, I think all the videos are great and informative and inspirational, so, please keep up the good work :-)

Guys you produce the most entertaining videos on this sort of photo review genre. I think your audience maybe is more european and canadian and probably your neighbours don't appreciate canadian sense of humor as much. This is a long term race sooner or later the channel will jump, please do not get discouraged as i see that you bring up too often the concern about followers and views. (I had seen all the videos you mentioned but i will some of them again, most of us recognise the amount of effort of every video)
I know it's something you guys don't have control over, but the non-DP Review TV videos (like the Amazon product videos) really hurt how many DP review TV videos CZcams wants to serve me. Its like it can't figure out if it's you guys or Amazon!
I watched and enjoyed all those episodes. BUT, truth be told, my all time favorite of any either of you made is still Jordan doing Liam's camera review, especially his reaction to being told there was an updated version to his camera...start CAS young! 🤣😂🤣

Gear reviews. People love them gear reviews, and search for specific models for relevant videos. That's why gear reviews got so much views and attention, and end up being the prevailing (perhaps the only) type of video that got attention.

Maybe for many people in your worldwide community whose english is not so good, it´s not so eaasy to understand you if you´re not talking about the newest cameras or lenses but on more abstract things. Once again you goofed! I suggest you re-do this video with a link on the screen for easy access to the mentioned video in the segment. We are all lazy and busy, and just scroll through, and if it is not readily available, we will continue forward. I am interested in the first video, I was considering creating a channel called the frugal photographer to show contraptions I have invented, like the lightbox made with a toilet tank box, foil, LED lights or my old Sunpak 544 flashes and a translucent shower curtain liner, cardboard barndoors included. I'll search that first video anyway...
I haven’t missed that many. It’s other videos I’ve missed. Part of it was the CZcams algorithm. Other part was my life at that point. I am watching this video since I was catching up otherwise I would have missed this video.

Yeah, I don't think I ever saw a single one of these, even though many would interest me, and I get plenty of recommendations from this channel, but they tend to be old reviews or specific techniques. I think what makes or breaks a video tends to be whether it constantly ends up in YT's recommendation system and gets sent out to that wider audience, and sometimes it just doesn't carry. It isn't something you can really predict; I did an essay on movie trailers, cutting Liar Liar to look like Uncut Gems, that I thought was going to be a breakout, but it didn't really go anywhere.
I think I watch the vast majority of episodes but it really has surprised me that I missed almost all of those. I wonder whether there is some real reason that those particular ones were missed by me and so many others? `Timing of release clashing with some international event of significance for instance? You've really got me thinking about this because I miss so few of you videos. Or at least I thought that was the case. Most puzzling!

Whats crazy to think about is that this video, which is 3 days old as I write this, has 14,507 views. Meanwhile, your bad product photography video, which is 3 YEARS old, has 15,807. Whats sad is that this video, about two guys sitting around in a living room complaining no one watches their videos-that took almost no effort to make-will have more views by tomorrow!
I....for 1,,(,and few others apparently) watched and loved the evil Gordon episode,,although Gordon should have had the leather jacket-- Think "Happy Days".... anyone in a leather jacket is automatically a badass. (Hmmm,,,wondering why Jordon's wife enjoyed Gordon so much). On my way to watch the stop motion stuff right now!!
When you two do non-review videos, I love it. However CZcams doesn’t tend to push them to me which is frustrating. So thank you for putting this together! It’s actually helpful.

they require cultural references. like the games - not everyone in the world played that. the movie eternal sunshine not every one has seen it and it's a bit old also - this is a movie that is cultural references for people in their 40s - 60s would love, so both cultural and generational challenging...
The first one I honestly missed due to the pandemic (portraits with natural light). The rest.. what’s the point of redoing bad photography.. 😅 you have international viewers that never saw the original.. so only bad photography remains
