In my opinion, the Arcane Desert is actually an amazing biome, especially for the dwarves. It generates tons of adamantine, mythril, and tons of other resources, for pretty much no hazard whatsoever, except for the occasional snake. Hell, even the Plains are more deadly than the desert, due to bears and wolves.

You were onto something about rebellion being the orc's balance. See, orcs in worldbox actually have penalties to their diplomacy, which is a stat that is almost entirely tied to rebellions. They dominate on combat against other races, but they're designed in such a way that they are meant to be unable to unify like others can. I believe it's linked to the racial savage trait, but not 100% sure.

When George was "taken" by another empire the previous almost always would launch a holy war to take him back. These string of wars would be known as the Georgian Crusades.

He came out of retirement and soon after became KING of this great kingdom however was over thrown during a rebellion and appointed general then he secretly joined the enemy as an undercover agent where the former kingdom he served had been almost wiped out he started his own rebellion and became KING of this rebellion then for the hell of it as he was immortal after all decided to leave this rebellion and JOIN another one just for the hell of it. After destroying the kingdom he went undercover in he decided to start another rebellion. He then joined back to the kingdom he was serving before destroying the kingdom he went undercover in He then left this kingdom and joined another one then not a year later joined yet back to the kingdom and became king forcefully taking the crown then his kingdom he took the crown for was destroyed during this he committed several war crimes After the years went on and the days went by his body began to rot as the rebellion stopped he grew anger and allegedly died however legend says that George lived and met a witch that revived him to his youth and he made kingdoms and split them up for fun and still does it to this day.

George has always been loyal, don't you dare call him a traitor. He clearly saw that the rebellion was going to overwhelm Kachow, and used his gift of immortality to persist throughout the years, infiltrating the Rebels and continously splintering them and causing infighting, letting kachow slowly build back up in the background and allowing it's comeback. You think that he died when you turned off rebellions, but in fact it's the opposite, he died, and then there stopped being rebellions. Then Kachow had to grow the hard way.

Someone could write an epic fantasy novel with George as its main protagonist (Like Locke in 'The Lies of Locke Lamore')

if you give them out land at beggining i highly suggest to spawn only 1 for each town and pause because first placed towns get head start and they dont start with equal amount what can lead even to changing the probably scenario, its at least my advice. (PS: after 1 minute or two in village what has only got 1 person comes a second one)

These maps are so awesome, really loved this one. Was wondering if you could commission a mona lisa map or a monopoly map where everyone starts in the middle and after a thousand years they get bridges to all the properties, jail is hell biome, boardwalk/park place is enchanted biome, community chest tiles get minerals, chance gets random traits, GO! Is a desert of endless gold, or- the only way to property tiles is via railway rivers. Titanic map ofcourse "dice hills" in the center mysteriously teleport villagers who stand on them to new tiles. Everyone should be greedy and ambitious. That would be super sick!

George only did what he did because he was immortal and had regeneration.
He wasn't strong so he couldn't kill his aggressors but he wouldn't die of old age and was able to withstand damage to survive but the pain inflicted on him was so great he decided to join them to make it stop.
He just didn't want to suffer anymore.

Rebellions become more likely the bigger a kingdom gets, hence there is a cap at which kingdom’s can grow, not through the game’s code, but by chance.

villages have a set chance to rebel if both diplomacy and rebelions are turned on and if an empire has too many villages (it gets too big) the chance increases exponentially

I usually recolor a tribe red, name the kingdom and capital Sparta, then meddle in their traits to ensure they're genetically superior in order for them to conquer all the other kingdoms! And usually give the king immortality that way rebellions are less likely to occur.

Just imagine if there would be 2 kingdoms, in a race of som sort up strips of land, the first one to get to certain spots would be rewarded in different ways, such as the other kingdom losing progress, getting disasters etc. With some final fight at the end which can have results based on the rewards kingdoms got.
